We needed an arrangement fast. I called on a day where they were making deliveries only but didn't read that part until the phone was ringing. I hung up and immediately received a call back from Alex. I explained the situation and how fast I needed these succulents. Well, Alex not only offered to assist me but even arranged for delivery before my office opened. This not only meant a ton for me but my company. Our executive loved his arrangement! We chose the mustang with the succulents. Looks great online but way better in person. We just placed our second order with them for the Saphire Skies arrangement and I think we have a long relationship with Chantilly Flowers. More...

Update on 6/4/2018. Alex from the shop saw my initial negative review regarding the Teleflora flowers dying and browning on the petals within a day and reached out to me to make it right. They just sent a bouquet of chosen flowers to my wife's work, and she loves them and says they look like they were literally just picked. I'm a big believer in customer service, and they responded so I'm changing my initial negative review. Alex also told me it's better to call and ask for flowers direct so they are not limited to Teleflora constraints. Thanks Alex! More...

Absolutely amazing!!! Stopped by on Valentine’s Day to pick up some flowers for my wife. I was expecting to be shown a few different options to pick from and be rushed along which I would have understood considering the day. But instead they took the time to ask me what flowers my wife liked and what her favorite color was. They put together a beautiful arrangement for us that was done in under 10 minutes! My sister's office moved and I didn't think to get the new address. I called her company HR but they still had her old address in the system. It took me hours to get the new one. TODAY is her birthday. I called Chantilly Flowers and asked if they could deliver today before 5:00 and they said they would! Angie was great! I procrastinated but they were willing to help me out.
