Our son and his lovely bride elected to have their wedding and reception at the Waterford Estates Lodge. We were impressed from the start with the facility and staff. When planning it all out, Chantelle was so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We felt very happy knowing there were no hidden fees and we understood exactly what we were getting. We felt so at ease knowing Chantelle and staff would handle every detail and keep us updated as to how it was progressing. When the big day arrived, everything went so smoothly. We were so very happy with everything! It was so beautiful and flowed perfectly. We had many family and friends comment to us that this was the best wedding and reception they had ever been to! The spacious room for the wedding/reception was so lovely and well decorated. We were able to offer our guests the best in food and drink and everything was executed perfectly. We would highly recommend having your wedding and reception at the Waterford Estates Lodge. We also had many out of town guests and everyone commented on how great the rooms were. So far, this place is great. Our room was cheap, it's quiet, the lady at the desk gave us extra towels, their soaps and shampoos are really nice for hotel fair, pool is clean. .. And there was a toad outside our room!! Not exactly a feature, but he was a good thicc boy and we love him. Only thing it lacked was a fan in the bathroom and handicap railings for the shower. Getting out was slightly tricky. But that toad (dubbed Toadsworth) more than made up for it. More...

Upon entering, I was greeted with a bright, cheerful lobby. There was a bar and I was able to get a lager while waiting for the front desk manager. When she arrived, she apologized for not greeting me as she was busy cleaning. I checked into a beautiful room and although I didnt get to enjoy the pool area, I have rebooked this hotel for another business stay so I will! Very nice and friendly staff. They went out of their way to let me have a complimentary breakfast earlier than the 6 A.M. advertised time since I had to be leaving at that time to get to work. Very nice unique place. Three instead of four because we could hear the AC for the other part of the complex inside our room all night. It was like overnighting in a Walmart parking lot surrounded by running semi trucks. Also fitted sheet came off mattress all night long. Very annoying. More...

It was not a badd place overall I enjoyed my stay I wish the hot tub or Jacuzzi whatever you wish to call it was still working but I thoroughly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool the beds are small they do not seem like a Queen but they were very comfortable and aside from all the paint chipping everywhere including in the shower and in the windows above the swimming pool it seemed to be in OK shape

Loved it here. Had an extended stay. The room was bright,clean and neat. Stocked with all the normal hotel offerings. Had a mini fridge, microwave and single coffee maker in my room. Was right across from the indoor pool. Which we used quite a bit. My sons loved it. The staff were wonderful. All of them. The front desk the maid the cooks. All of them were great. But the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night because it was outdated and the breakfast stops at 9am. .. who wants to wake up before 9?
