Q&As

I love to sit down with my clients and better understand what they hope to achieve in working with me. From there, I like to discuss barriers or obstacles they feel could get in the way of meeting those goals, then, together I like to create a plan that they are confident they can successfully implement with my coaching and guidance.

As much as I wish there was a magic pill, or workout or diet that would not only get you the body of your dreams, but help you keep it...I have found that there isn't one! However, in my experience, when we focus on moving our bodies consistently, getting good rest, eating a healthy diet, and having patience, we definitely set ourselves up for success to meet our health and fitness goals!

I LOVE watching those I work with understand just how strong they really are, that they can do hard things and, that when they put their mind to it, than can do just about anything! I have helped hundreds of clients overcome mental/emotional health struggles, lose weight, overcome back and joint pain, reach various fitness goals and gain confidence. Hands down, the best thing is watching the smile that comes to their face when they realize the greatness they are capable of, not just in fitness, but in life!

I had a desire to expand my network, branch out and bring my coaching philosophy/approach to more than just the community I live in. I have seen how exhausted and burnt out many of us are as the result of Covid, and I have seen how my training methods, which incorporate training your body as well as your mind, have helped those I work with not only feel stronger physically, but mentally/emotionally as well.

I am a lifetime athlete with over 12 years of experience as a coach in the fitness industry. I have trained a diverse clientele- professional athletes, individuals new to their fitness journey, stay home parents, celebrities in the entertainment industry, non-profit organizations, and international corporations such as the 30 Day Fitness App and US/Nike Sports. At the end of the day, I value those I work with, I come alongside them with empathy, I motivate them through hope and I commit to helping them reach their goals.

I have vast experience training and working with clients remotely via zoom and virtual programming I assign through my training app. The amount of training we do over zoom and the use of my virtual programming is dependent on the client's budget and goals.

For those that I train locally, in-person, I am fully vaccinated and boosted, I disinfect all of the equipment in my workout studio and have a policy in which sessions are rescheduled or canceled if any Covid symptoms are present in myself or my clients.

Services

Train with me, live, from any location! I will help you identify and meet your health and fitness goals and become stronger physically, mentally and emotionally! I will encourage you, make our time together FUN and teach you how to use HOPE as a motivator!

Participate in my virtual, Holistic Fitness Program, where you will receive:
-5 workouts a week (assigned via app)
-Weekly lessons on inner grit/resilience
-Nutrition lessons and resources
-Daily support and encouragement from me
-Weekly journal to aid you on your fitness journey

My skillset lies in creating and implementing both virtual and in-person fitness programming. I have experience working with non-profit organizations, gyms, and international corporations such as the 30 Day Fitness App and US/Nike Sports.

I believe fitness thrives when done in community, which is why I am passionate about helping organizations create in-person fitness experiences and workshops that are designed to be fun, educational and remind participants just how strong they really are- physically, mentally and emotionally.
