I'm a personal trainer specializing in small group fitness, women's only fitness and golf specific personal training. I like to change up my workout plans both personally and with clients. I get bored very easy so my clients will see a wide variety of exercises and workouts throughout our training plan.

I've been taking boot camp with Stacy for over a year now. Before that I did zero exercise and my job is sedentary so i was completely out of shape. My body has changed in ways I thought was no longer possible and I'm stronger now in my 30's then I've ever been! Super thankful a friend talked me into taking her classes!! More...

I listen! Personal Training and Fitness is not about my goals, it's about yours! I take my clients interest, feedback, suggestions and goals into consideration when building a plan. Each client has a individualize plan that caters directly to their needs. We make adjustments and modifications as we go if necessary.

Turn off the pictures of everyone else that goes through your head. Your body is YOUR body! We want to make changes in you and that doesn't mean it looks like the famous celebrities on tv. Let's start by working on YOU! Dedication and consistency are the easiest ways to achieve your fitness goals. Set an appointment with yourself for gym time just like you would an important business meeting. It's the best thing you can do for yourself and getting to the gym is the only way to start. We can work on dreams once you get there!

I get to go to the gym, meet new people, exercise and encourage! Who wouldn't want that in their life?

I've started several new businesses and many that are still very successful. This one was important to me because I needed to be held accountable too. When i teach a class or have a client it guarantees that I'm in the gym doing something positive and healthy for my body. Why not get paid while doing it?

I'm real! You will have fun, learn something new and be able to take what you learn and apply it on your own in time. My goal is not to have you as a lifetime client. Sure, that would be great, but I want to give you tools to use to be able to do it on your own. I want you to feel empowered and encouraged and learn how to do the best for your body. With me, you can do it!
