Chandelier Ballroom

I was very disappointed, things were not as I was told with a high price that I paid I should have gotten all that was negotiated. room looked plain, food was not tasty- fruit and snack table not what was told it would be... service people had an attitude like they weren't happy to be there. felt controlled the whole time. I regret it and wish I could have the chance to do it all over again, having a different venue since everything went wrong from the make-up people being late giving us just under an hour to get dressed and make it yo church, since they were late getting to us. I would not recommend or ever think of another event with them. Best thing is to do it yourself. More...

Had my daughters sweet 16 this pass Friday and the place looked stunning. The food was delicious, the music was great, photo booth was a totally hit. My family really enjoyed everything about this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Kudos to the chandelier ballroom team you all did an excellent job. More...
