Finally got a chance to come in with my Grand daughters.Ruthie and Shayna!! Sunday was nice . Not over crowded...... kids had a great time! Sorry we missed Mr Mike!

We love this place, such a great hidden gem!Great small set up so it's easy to keep track of the kids, regardless of how many are in your group. The owner is always super friendly and polite. The place is CLEAN. I never leave there feeling like my kids are gross. The bathrooms are also super clean, which is a huge plus when kids are involved. Hands down our favorite place for jumping! Just wanted to thank you guys for making Jax's party an amazing event!
They went above and beyond for the scheduling snafu that happened, they were so accommodating to all the autism kiddos that were there, and worked with me to keep things running smoothly. It's such a nice, clean facility as well, I didn't feel like I needed to dump hand sanitizer all over the boys when they left, and it's so easy to keep track of all the children in attendance. It was even a relaxing time for the moms who came!

The space is small, with only a few bouncing structures- but this is more than enough to keep little ones occupied without overwhelming them. The price was excellent and the staff is sweet without being overbearing. The staff does an amazing job of keeping the place clean! The only thing that would make this place "better" would be more open bounce times- but with the prices, I understand why they have to limit open bounce. My boys love it here =) More...

Despite the negative reviews, we attended during open bounce on Saturday of Memorial weekend. There were maybe 3 families/groups other than ourselves, which was nice and towards the end we had the place to ourselves. My kiddos are 3yo & 19mo and we joined some friends with a 3yo and infant. The place is the perfect size for these ages and they had a blast the full hour and a half and weren't ready to leave. The open bounce area is similar to that of a large exercise classroom or small gymnasium with 2 regular bouncers and 2 large obstacle bouncers with slides. (It is perfect sized to manage toddlers). I could see this not being impressive for older kids for a long time and I could see it being frustrating if older kids are 'being older kids' and being rambunctious amongst toddlers but we did not experience this. Overall great experience. My only negative thought was that I did not see any employee coming in to check on things, but it seems like a tech-saavy place so there is a good possibility there are surveillance cameras where the staff can watch from another area.
