I got referred to Mr Cha via a friend. After working with him I now recommend to all my friends who may be needing an accountant. He is familiar with the local state and other state laws. He is very professional and timely. He will explain what the difference between previous years and the current year's tax law. Fast and efficient. Tip: assuming your GPS takes you to the main front parking lot like it did me. You need to go in, take the elevator to the LL (lowest level) floor, then make a left which will take you outside. Our CPA closed his business this year and got picked up by a larger firm so my wife and I were left hanging for an accountant. I needed someone that could understand our individual background along with the finances of my small business. I called Andy and he met with me really quickly and on short notice and took us in as clients. He spent a good amount of time answering our questions, but more importantly, asked the right questions so that he could start working on our taxes right away. I used to always use Turbo Tax for my tax filings in the past. I went through some changes in my life that made my tax filing much more complicated. An old coworker referred Andy Cha to me. All I have to say is Andy is great. He's knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He made me feel comfortable about my tax filing. As a new business owner, I was not too familiar with accounting rules and regulations.  I met Andy Cha through a friend's referral, and the benefits were immediate. Mr. Cha provided excellent consultation regarding things I should and should not do as a business owner (from an accounting perspective).  He was very patient with me and put complex accounting verbiage into laymen speech, so that I could easily understand.  It's been great working with him and he's helped me save a tremendous amount in tax savings.The process was relatively straightforward: 1.   I booked an appointment through his website.2.   He scheduled a five minute consultation to discuss my personal situation and background to improve efficiency (I brought all necessary documentation to our meeting, which avoided possible re-work and additional meetings). Love this guy! I normally don't leave reviews for anything, but had to share how knowledgeable and extremely helpful Mr. Cha is. Mr. Cha has been working on book keeping, payroll, and tax returns for my two business as well as personal taxes the past few years. He handles most tasks by himself and has always completed what I needed quickly, even if it's urgent requests.Even with his busy schedule, he is easily accessible via email and by phone. He definitely takes his clients seriously and always looks for the optimal way to save on taxes. Working with him has brought us absolute maximum in returns with very reasonable fees. My husband and I visited Mr. Cha's tax office to complete a tax return for 2017.  Prior to our visit, we discussed by phone to ensure we brought the necessary documentation required to complete the return in one visit. Mr. Cha was incredibly attentive to the circumstances of our tax situation and provided excellent recommendations. His knowledge on taxes was outstanding and his fee was very reasonable! Once we completed the tax return, Mr Cha offered a free consultation and tax planning for the 2018 tax year.  His tax planning services were exceptionally helpful as we just purchased a house and started a family. We knew our tax situation would change in the coming year, but are confident, with Mr. Cha's assistance, we will be exceptionally well prepared.
