I am the exercise physiologist with 35+ years of experience and have earned PhD in biology, studying effects of exercise on heart and skeletal muscles. I am specializing in Clinical Exercise Physiology, creating exercise programs for the people with different health conditions- back pain, poor balance, spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, post injury, as well as general physical conditioning for healthy population.

Isaak is the best!! He is extremely knowledgeable about the muscles in the body and how they are strengthened by specific exercises. He varies the exercises so the sessions are interesting. Isaac has been a tremendous help to me. I have significant mobility issues due to two total knee replacements and several lower lumbar surgeries, in addition to degenerative joint disease. He is extremely knowledgeable in working with people with mobility issues. He guided me through a cardiovascular and strength training regimen that has significantly helped my mobility issues and has helped me lose weight thereby putting less stress on my joints. Regrettably, no. The quality of the session is compromised, considering the health status of my clientele.

I am fully vaccinated. The studio I work in, is being thoroughly cleaned/ventilated after each session.
I still wear the mask when meeting with the clients, who have compromised immune system, or in high risk group
