Full Buffet Service
Full Buffet Service catering consist of the following:
• Setting up food buffet stations using our polished silver
chafer dishes, guest will be escorted to the buffet by
table number, where our waitstaff will serve them
* Wedding full service buffet catering includes a waitstaff member designated to serve the couple exclusively for the entire meal service.
• Following the meal service, staff will breakdown the buffet, pack up
leftovers, and clean up any areas utilized for food service.
Partial Buffet Service
Partial Buffet Service catering consist of the following:
• Setting up food buffet stations using our polished silver
chafer dishes, guest will be escorted to the buffet by
table number, where guest will self serve.
* Staff will be onsite to monitor and replenish buffet items as needed
• Following the meal service, staff will breakdown the buffet, pack up
leftovers, and clean up any areas utilized for food service.
Plated Meal Service
Plated Meal Service consist of the following:
• The Plated Meal Service dining option in which your guests remain seated for the entire meal, and are served each course by wait staff.
• Following the meal service staff will clean and execute task required by the venue (trash disposal, cleaning… etc)
Family Style Meal Service
Family Style Meal Service consist of the following:
• The Family Style Meal Service dining option in which your guest remain seated for the entire meal, and wait staff will bring guest large platters of food to each table for the guest to self service
• Following the meal service staff will clean and execute task required by the venue (trash disposal, cleaning… etc)
Passed Hor D’oeuvre Service
Passed Hor D’oeuvre Service consist of the following:
• Passed Hor D’oeuvres allow for your guests to mingle, without having to take a break to eat. Waitstaff will walk around with small bites of your choosing.
*This service option is ideal for cocktail parties or pre dinner cocktail hour
Delivery
Delivery Service is available on orders that are $400 or more. Delivery fee is based on mileage.
