My Wife and I called CertaPro to get a quote for our home to be repainted. We decided to call them because our neighbors used them and very please with the results. Jay Pittroff from CertaPro Roswell came out and walked the house with us. He was extremely professional and very thorough. He pointed out all the trouble areas that needed repair and explained the process and the correct way to fix the issues. He then created a quote right on the spot with pictures and great detail. The price he quoted was very fair and we were happy to schedule the work. No payment was required until we did the final walkthrough and we were 100% satisfied. We were very please with the result. The quality of work was excellent and the whole process was pleasant. It’s nice to do business with good honest people with fantastic customer service. From the initial contact with Lauren, who also helped us choose trim color to match our house paint, to the completion and walk through with Maria, our experience was one of excellence! I had a fantastic experience with CertaPro of Roswell. I had a number of exterior painting and carpentry repairs that needed attention.
Jay Pittroff, the owner, was great to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took great care in understanding my needs. Jay's estimate was detailed, included a range of options for me to choose from and alerted me to a few maintenance issues that I wasn't aware of.
The crew that came out to do the work was top notch as well. CJ, the supervisor, kept my wife and I well informed throughout the process, and kept his commitments on time to complete, quality of work and tidiness. Much of the work that I needed done was very high up (30 - 40 feet) but the crew was able to knock it out quickly and safely.
All in all, it was a great experience and we were very pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend CertaPro of Roswell. We will use them again!
