We are extremely pleased with our paint job by CertaPro. The owner, David Myers, came by to check the quote, helped us with color ideas, sent pictures a previous job that we could look at, and had his team finish the job in the specified number of days. The team, Jose Luis and Cesar, did a very detailed job. They took their time which ensured that their work was done right, and they were extremely clean and neat. And they were both very nice gentlemen. Later, two other men joined the project, and they were perfectionists as well. The initial introduction went well. Jeff was very professional and forthcoming with pricing and what his company could offer. I agreed to hire CertaPro for my entire interior (walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, closets, and garage). Unfortunately, the team that was sent did a terrible job. There was overspray and under spray throughout the entire house. The baseboard was left unpainted, cabinets and toilets stained with paint. I was extremely disappointed with the work that was provided. I honestly hired a reputable company trusting that they would provide the quality for the price I was willing to pay. Jeff and his team did send another team out to rectify the problem. The second team did much better and fixed many of the issues. Unfortunately, 2 of the rooms were painted a different color due to a color correction I made verbally but was never updated in the contract. The new crew painted what they saw in the contract and left the 2 rooms a different color than I wanted. At this point, I just wanted to be done with this process as I had to move forward with other home projects. Jeff and his team never followed up with me once I made the final payment. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I will be dealing with the needed touch-ups and cleaning of cabinets/ toilets myself. More...

This company turned my drab and faded looking 16 year old house into a brand new looking and immaculate palace. After having a paint choice consultation with Dave, he recommended a different brown color after the first brown color I picked wasn't a perfect match with the stucco's color. After they painted my porch, the paint started to bubble. I called them, and Vicky told me that they would fix it and get it right. As she promised, they quickly came back and repainted my porch.Look no further, this company won't disappoint. You'd be highly pleased like me. Very friendly and easy to work with. They did a thorough job and multiple neighbors asked for quotes as well. I had 3 people bid the job, were similarly priced, but based on attitude and thoroughness of the bid, this was a no-brainer.

May 22 2020 I was driving down Jefferson in murrieta and I noticed the CertaPro van and we are doing a remodel and I wanted to check out info on back . I pulled up lil closer and took a pic that had the 800# on it and after that the van got slowed down and got behind me and started riding close to my car and then so I pulled into next lane then they passed me and flipped me off. Then lil down Jefferson I pulled off into my street and they turned a speeded by and flipped me off again. Nice. Wouldn't want this company in my house with these kind of employees. I would love to say this was a good experience, but it wasn't. I invited this company to give me a quote on painting the eaves all around the house. Jeff left shortly after meeting with me. As far as I know, he didn't spend much time taking measurements. He acted like my job was a bother to him. He never got back with me for the quote. He never bothered to explain why he didn't want the job. When I called Vicky to ask where the quote was, she texted me later and said she can't get a hold of him and to move on. I interviewed 5 companies before deciding on CertaPro Painters of Corona. It was a hard decision, but in the end I proceeded forward with CertaPro. From start to finish it was very well done. First, I was having trouble deciding on color. Dave and Jeff helped me through that process easily. We made a decision and walked the house. They pointed out things and asked me to make decisions based on their recommendations. One advice I didn't take from Dave was to paint the crown molding. The crown was in good shape, and I didn't really think it needed new paint. Then when the tape came down I realized what a mistake that was. The ceiling was white and the crown was yellow. I hated it. Dave helped me to get it resolved - meaning it was going to take more of their time but they helped me without giving me a hard time (and without saying I told you so) we added on the service, agreed to the new contract and moved on. The painters were on time, neat and do good work. They are also very trustworthy. When moving my bed they found $60 in cash and immediately told me and gave it to me. So if you are looking for a good painter who can get the job done well and on-time, communicates well, does a good job advising the client, and is trustworthy - call CertaPro Corona - You won't be disappointed. *Sometimes we were so busy we didn't get a chance to walk the home until late at night (9 or 10) - if I had a question or follow up Vickie was always communicative and helped keep everyone in the loop and on the same page!
