I hired Cerletti and Kennedy for a Sunroom/Patio Enclosure. They were the only company I spoke to who offered reasonable solutions for the design, and flexibility if I decided to add something to the project later. They had expertise regarding the materials and design that were not mentioned when I spoke with other companies. When a part arrived that was damaged, they took care of it immediately and it did not even delay the project. And the project was completed exactly on budget. We hired Cerletti & Kennedy this past summer (2023) to do a total remodeling of our outdated kitchen. We didn& #39;t have much space to work with but what they came up with was amazing. We enclosed the new refrigerator and built out the cabinet above which gave us more storage. We took out the old vent system which went all the way up to the ceiling and put in an over the stove microwave and cabinets which gave us a little more storage. We put in a pull out spice rack next to the stove and a lazy susanne next to that. We angled the corner cabinets which gave us yet more storage. We took out the dishwasher which we never used and put in a pull-out trash and recycling cabinet and extended to baking sheet cabinet. We had a Quartz countertop put in and installed a tile backsplash from the refrigerator all the way around the kitchen. Of course a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet. Our contractor, Ruben showed up on time and always cleaned up when he was done for the day. He always got right to work and set up his equipment. One thing I really appreciated was when Dante showed us that the open space on each side of the kitchen window was uneven (Feng Shuai) and recommended installing a curved 4 shelve piece so it would be more even. Ruben was also very helpful when ever an issue came up and would explain the issue and help come up with suggestions each time. Would I recommend Cerletti & Kennedy to my family and friends, MOST DEFINATELY! I only wish I could have attached some photos I took of the completed project but I don't see a tab to do so. Cerletti and Kennedy did our kitchen remodel in July 2022. The renovation took about four months. A fireplace was removed which opened up much more space for the kitchen and living room. The structural beam issue was addressed extremely well with their engineers. We are delighted with the new layout. Everyone, including their subcontractors, from the demo to the finishing, was very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Robert provided the best price among the other bids we received. Matt executed an excellent design layout that was very functional and classic. He even included a walk-in pantry that I never thought would fit into our small space. Matt and Reuben have great eyes for details. We recently added a Sunroom/Garden Room on to the back of our house. Cerletti and Kennedy were great from the outset, keeping us apprised of all related details every step of the way. Once construction was underway, progress on the project was steady and we were kept fully apprised of the subcontractor schedule, which was always timely and was as communicated to us. True story so I decided to build an ADU in The back of my house for extra income, after I heard that the building fees were lowered in California. Me knowing nothing about building. I got my plan then got it approved by the city ready to built.The contractor I got under quoted me which I didn't know so to make a long horror story short. First payment $30.000.00 second payment another $30.000.00 so on and so forth. by the end of the first phase of construction he had taking all of the money that we had agreed upon and left never to come back. I was devastated.  6 months later an other contractor who didn't know how to read a plan. The city had to make them removed the sheet rock which is Another horror story which I have no time to tell. We had a meeting with the city I end up firing them.  Then I got  a recommendation to Cerletti & Kennedy Design-Build came to my rescue.  To say I'm please with Cerletti and Kennedy is an under statement. They are very Proffecionel. They did an excelent job finishing my 700 square feet ADU. Matt created a wonderful design of the kitchen-- cabinets, countertops, lighting, backsplash, down to the finishes for example, cabinet and drawer pulls and handles. The kitchen including the appliances is beautiful! Â Robert gave us a bid on the project and was the contractor in charge of the crews and coordinated trades from demo to installation of french doors, plumbing, electrical, dry wall, cabinets, lighting, etc. Although there was a slight delay of a week or two the job was completed and professional done. Matt Kennedy has been amazing. I had originally hired another designer to design a mixed-use space including three seconds story apartments in a commercial property which went very south. Matt not only completed the design of the three units but was able to negotiate use of space with the City. He has intimate knowledge of the City Codes and has a good rapport with the City Planning and Building departments. He is also very helpful and available to answer questions and provide information. I was very please at the work that was done by Cerletti & kennedy Design_Build They are very professional very neat very prompt and take interest in my Property they built a plastic room to work in and dust was not flying all over my house while they work . The date that I was given that they would start they was here on that date the date they say they would finish they were finish on that date this design company added a shower in my powder room did a beautiful excellent job I am very pleased and satisfied with the work. Matt and Robert were a dream come true - we had a pipe burst right when COVID hit last February and couldn't get any contractors to even come give us an estimate. The ones that did come bid very high and refused to deal with our insurance company. Matt and Robert have so much experience and made the process so easy. Their crew was fantastic, on time, respectful and highly professional. We were able to remodel our family room in addition to our kitchen and they are both beautiful!
