Let me say this place surprised me. Good birria is hard to come by, especially on the west side. The quesa birria was bomb and the consume that comes with hit the spot on the gloomy day. I got the tacos combo and omg it was so amazing! These guys know what they're doing. The best tacos i've ever had! There's a soup that comes with it so you can dip the tacos in and it added to the flavor. I'm so glad I tried their food!!

We swung by Pocock Brewery in Valencia for a couple drinks and stayed for dinner when we saw the Cerda Vega truck! - I had the Vampiro- like a tostada with crispy cheese, birria, and toppings. 10/10, so delicious!-my husband had the birria burrito and said it was great. -we split the loaded fries- these are a meal on their own!! The food here is bomb! The Truck was outside my building for food truck Thursday's so as a lover of tacos I had to try. I didn't really understand the menu but the owner was nice enough to explain that while they do have chicken and steak they specialize in braised beef and he even let me try a sample which I licked off the spooon. I got the braised beef in a mulita and quesa birra which I believe is a flour taco. It tasted like a thinner flakier chalupa crust. I wish I had gotten more food because I ate both in about 5 minutes. Will definitely eat here again. More...

This review is long overdue! I was looking for a caterer for my wedding and I found this caterer last minute thanks to my brother! I called the caterer and he was really nice and accommodating and it's family owned. I tried the food and was blown away! They're known for the Birria menu. I was nervous cause I was marrying into a Mexican family and they can be kind of picky about authentic Mexican food! They loved it! It was all they could talk about after the wedding! I follow them on IG and whenever they're close to my city, I always try to stop by for some Birria tacos! I highly recommend their Quesa taco de Birria! I crave it often! The BEST authentic Mexican  tacos I have ever  tasted! The service is great, clean and very professional. My favorite tacos were the birria tacos! But I can't stop thinking about the asada and alpastor tacos soooo tasty and delicious.  These tacos remind me of my hometown street tacos.  The  salsas are made from scratch,fresh and simply go perfect with the taco. The agua frescas are refreshing and original. Los Angeles Plate Catering Company did an exceptional job catering my housewarming party! I had the general idea for a Mexican theme but any expectations I may have held were completely blown away. The custom menu consisted of chicken taquitos, house made guacamole, salsa AND chips as well as salad and a phenomenal creamy cilantro house made dressing. Everything was mouth wateringly delicious. I'm still dreaming about the zucchini flower quesadillas! We had a party Saturday night and We had Cerda Vega Tacos cater our dinner. They were amazing. Professional, friendly, prompt, fun. The food was absolutely delicious. They catered to me and my vegetarian friends without a problem. Everyone loved the food. The homemade salsas were yummy.
