Of all the pieces of my event, Centric made sure A/V was the least of my concerns. They showed up precisely on time, managed to build out a stage and audio setup in 2 hours, adapted to a changing A/V cue list and were an absolutely joy to get to know. Dustin and his team are the absolute BEST! Recently hosted a two-day event with 150 guests and Centric Events & Rentals handled all A/V needs, tables, chairs and linens. From their responsiveness to advance emails, to the event, to load-out, working with Centric Events & Rentals was a great experience. We threw a lot at them (a surprise guitar performance, extra projector needed at the last minute, etc) and Dustin/Connor were the most helpful and put our team at ease. Having used many IT and production services for nearly 15 years, Dustin and his crew are phenomenal! We are so incredibly happy that we chose Paul to help with lighting our outdoor private residence wedding. From our first request for information, to the tear of our event the day after, Paul worked so hard to make sure our vision came to life. ..even when we didn't know what our vision was.From offering suggestions for what we needed months in advance to doing a day before walk thru to address some of my last minute concerns, Paul did everything you could imagine to deliver the best experience possible. We didn't know what to expect with regard to the uplighting Paul installed so he told me, "trust me, when you see it, it will be your WOW". Boy was he spot on. We walked into a backyard paradise at dusk that literally took our breath away. Bistro lights were one of the things I really wanted to make our backyard wedding perfect and Paul came out to the house, offered design tips, provided accurate info about how much light we would need to pull it all together and really helped us make it all perfect. AZ Pro Rents did an absolutely amazing job for our reception. We had an outside reception and I was stressed out trying to find a lighting option. When I called them, not only would they set up our lights but they had chairs, tables, and a stage. Plus they would set it up and take it down. I couldn't believe the amount of work they did for the cost, it was an amazing deal and they were a pleasure to work with. Our reception looked beautiful and they helped relieve my stress with their flexibility. I don't think any other service offers the setup and take down like they do. I used their services when hosting a baby shower for a dear friend. Normally, when I have parties at my house I scramble to collect tables and chairs from friends & family members, but decided to avoid the chaos and rent instead. AZ Production Rentals was incredibly convenient. They coordinated a drop-off and pick-up time that worked in my schedule (which believe me is no easy feat). They even stayed to help me set up the tables and chairs (which I wasn't expecting) and give me sincere recommendations on what set up would work well in my back yard. Everyone knows how difficult it is to host a social gathering. So for the first time I decided to ask for a little help throwing a baby shower at my house. I rented 50 tables and chairs from AZ Pro Rents and I was very impressed with their customer service.They helped me load the tables and chairs into my truck and even offered to come to my house to help me unload! They also came back to my house to load back up all of the tables and chairs.The tables were nice big party tables, the ones I rented were 6ft rectangle tables with black fold up chairs. Honestly it was so much easier renting from them than begging my extended family for worn out card tables! And I look forward to renting from them around the holidays too! More...
