I called Luis yesterday for an estimate at 2:30pm and he was out here by 4pm to take a look to give me an accurate estimate! I vas very pleased with his promptness. The company I work for asked me to call around and get a few estimates to get the carpet cleaned in our office since the carpets are absolutely filthy.. Luis made it a point to come all the way to Tracy from Patterson which I really appreciated. He was thorough and explained everything to me so I could report back to my bosses. So far it has been a great experience and even though I am required to get two more estimates I am going to try my best to persuade the company to go with him over the other two because he was very knowledgeable about the type of carpet we have and the things we can and can't do to it. Excellent customer service and very professional! If all goes well and we end up going with this company (decision is not in my control) I will update the review to let everyone know how it went! We hired Luis with CVFC to clean our heavily (urine) stained carpets. Luis was able to schedule us promptly and communicated regularly up to the time of the cleaning. He showed up on time (even a bit early!) and was very gracious, professional, and respectful of proper protocol during the pandemic. When he had an unfortunate malfunction of his equipment, he immediately called for backup; the crew arrived, got the job done, and were out in good time. The carpet looks amazing and smells great!
