Freedom to be who I am, show up for clients with their strengths and needs and goals at the forefront, while also having the freedom to provide for my own self care in the process! This helps me be my best self for all!

Counseling
Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes! It’s not what is wrong with us but what happened to us. It doesn’t require combat to feel the effects of trauma. Trauma involves a disturbing event, the persons experience of the event, and effects of that experienced event which has a long-term impact on them and their world!
Using multiple modes of trauma therapies including EMDR, I journey with clients as they begin to explore and work to understand and heal their trauma.
Couples Counseling
Relationships are hard work. Sometimes we can fall into patterns that can be difficult to recognize, experience and perpetrate hurts, and seek a way back to “before”! As a Gottman trained therapist, I love working with couples to re-find and renew friendship, increase connection, learn effective conflict management, and find the joy of supporting (and being supported) in life dreams! It is possible to create the relationship you and your partner desire!
I specialize in working with couples of all types who are experiencing the aftermath of infidelity, trauma, and addiction in their relationships! (Though, a couple doesn’t have to experience these to benefit from working on their relationship!)
