This studio provides a level of mind and body health in an environment of complete acceptance for any person or athlete seeking to achieve a level of foundational body strength. I have rehabilitated compromised, overused injuries and created functional body improvements here at CCYP I have never been able to achieve in my practices with conventional workouts. The instructors are amazing, love them!They are invested in everything you want from your well being practice because they are in it with us. The 10 day introductory offer is a win to try out this incredible establishment, I was hooked. I feel as though I've arrived "Home" when I first started to practice and teach here at the studio. I had the privilege for over 10 years to teach here on the coast: from all the major studios in SLO to boutique one's in Arroyo Grand day all the way up to Cambria- and the buzz I get from this space is unmatched. The values, philosophy, encouragement, and incredibly dynamic energy from each teacher, student and especially the owners completely resonate with what my heart has been yearning for in a studio. In the beginning, I was nervous about the heat. But the healing properties have done SO much for my mind and body that I cannot imagine not having this warm practice in my life!
