How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
With a combination of real-life experience, a decade of professional training experience, constant continuing education, and a passion for this career, I've created a framework that meets new clients where they are so they can begin the journey to who they want to be. Combining methods from the Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Range Conditioning, and traditional strength training, I work in collaboration with clients to make them strong, mobile, and resilient from the inside out.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The 23 hours a day a client spends outside of the gym will have more impact on their outcomes than the 1 hour in the day they spend training. Nutrition, hydration, sleep, and stress management are all necessary components to create and sustain a healthy and vibrant body. As part of a client's intake, we cover their lifestyle habits outside the gym so they can make small yet meaningful changes that will have a profound effect on their overall progress. Creating progress is great. Learning how to maintain progress is even better.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people improve their physical health so their life isn't hindered by their bodies. As someone who used to be obese, I understand the profound impact have a fit, strong body can have on a person's quality and quantity of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to train clients in the best way I know how, to educate them on how to take care of their bodies, and to give them the level of service they deserve.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having lived the experience of transforming from obese to a pro athlete, I understand what it takes both physically and mentally to change your life. More importantly, I teach clients how to maintain their results over the long term while still leaving room to enjoy life.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and boosted and have maintained compliance with all public health recommendations.
1-on-1 Private Training
Personal Training sessions are fifty-five (55) minutes in duration. Our unique approach builds strength from the inside out by blending traditional strength training with Functional Range Conditioning® and Postural Restoration® techniques. At Center Circle Health & Fitness, we take a holistic approach when creating a strength program 100% customized to you, based on your assessment results and personal goals. Have you struggled with chronic pain or nagging injuries? We will teach you how to move your body with strength and purpose.
Nutrition Coaching
Work with your coach to help you improve your nutrition through concrete, actionable steps. An initial 55-minute meeting is followed by a personalized plan of action. Our 360 approach to nutrition takes into account your eating history, food preferences/allergy requirements, and appropriate calorie and macronutrient distributions for your goals, along with templates and examples of what healthy eating can entail. Food is meant to be enjoyed, and we want you to be able to embrace the process of getting healthier with smarter, tasty food options. You will meet with your coach every two weeks to track progress, keep you accountable, and troubleshoot any issues that come up. No long-term commitment required.
