Ordered a premium bouquet for an anniversary. It was pricey but worth every penny. There was a crowd around the flowers at the office. I had to plan my daughter’s wedding in only 3 months time from afar (1,130 miles from the venue). All it took was a few brief phone calls, and one face-to-face meeting with Deb Howell, and she knew our vision for the wedding party, church, and reception. Deb was always immediately accessible and very responsive, very pleasant, easy to talk to, and she knows her stuff! Celebrations provided the flowers and casket spray for my mother's home going service. My mom's favorite flower was the rose so we wanted to get roses but we were apprehensive because it was so hot and we were afraid that the roses would not hold up. Celebrations assured us that we would have nothing to worry about. The day of the funeral they came to the church and replaced all of the wilting roses with no additional charge and without letting us know that they were going to replace the flowers. Angela at celebrations was amazing, I had to convey to her what I wanted from out of state and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. I sent her a picture and she recreated it even better than the photo. Flowers were delivered on time to the venue the day of the wedding and they provided the perfect pop of color for my beach wedding. A colleague in FL told me and others at our CA office about a life changing event. We wanted to show our support and decided to give her some flowers. After looking at ProFlowers and 800-flowers, nothing was really jumping out at us, so we went local. Glad we did!Celebrations was extremely patient and accommodating. Since we are in CA, we could not see the vase or types of flowers to be used for the floral arrangement. Annette sent me multiple pictures of different vase and pottery options, with dimensions, by text. When we finally decided on the vase, they spoke to us about the type, look, and feel of the flowers. We stated what our budget was for the flower arrangement, and they made it work! Plus, the turn around was 24 hours! The staff was very helpful. I walked in the day I needed a bouquet for a friend's birthday dinner and they walked me to their cooler. I was able to tell them my price point I wanted to stay under and pick out flowers that would make the bouquet more personalized and special.
