What inspired you to start your own business?
When you’re on your own, you feel a sense of satisfaction when you accomplish something. You appreciate every moment, something that you don't get by working for someone that is just a dictator not a leader. That inspired me, became a leader helping my team and family grow and share the feeling of satisfaction when we all worked together to accomplish a goal.
