I was able to get a "same day" appointment. I called all over in recent days to have some furniture picked up before moving - I really wanted to donate it but ran into roadblocks all over. Some organizations wouldn't take x or would only take drop offs or my couch was too long or y wouldn't take a sleeper sofa or wouldn't take an entertainment ctr., etc. Junkluggers took it all and thought it all could be donated (and it all has been since I received a receipt this a.m.). I like the fact that they have partners that take the donations before tossing into landfill. It was easy to make an appt., they did as they said they would (i.e. confirmed appt., called ahead, etc.). The luggers were very friendly and efficient.
