I Â had a great experience with my deep cleaning service today from the team at CCS led by Pris. The estimate process was very efficient and walked me through all the work that would be done and she answered all my questions, including promptly sending me their bond and insurance information when requested. I needed a service to prep for a vacation rental and they went above and beyond to get it done timely. Windows inside and out, floors, mirrors, literally every nook and cranny is clean and ready for visitors. I've already scheduled my next 5 visits and I'm excited to be working with Pris and her team. Update: Â I use this service exclusively for my vacation rental. They adhere to all Covid rules and I have received nothing less than 5 stars for cleanliness. CCS is amazing to work with! Â I had used a couple other cleaning services in the Palm Desert area which ended up not working out. Â My first experience with CCS was great and it has only gotten better from there. Â I own a busy vacation rental and they have been very accommodating with the constantly changing schedule. Â My biggest issue with the other 2 services was poor communication, but with CCS it's been so easy to contact them and get a response right away. What do you love most about your job?
When I exceed Customer Expectations and they are extremely Happy, I also love it when we clean something that looks like it would not be clean and leave it as new
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business because I hired people to clean my house and never was perfect, always I discovered a problem or lack of dedication or commitment, so I understood that this is a necessity people do not do as their own home the service, I decided to open a cleaning company to be able to do for the people the complete service with dedication as if it were a job for me.
