I would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this service! Cleaner damaged our carpet with bleach and permanently stained it with her cleaning products. Contacted the cleaner after she had left once we had noticed the damages and the cleaner tried to put the blame on us and stopped responding to our messages. More...

We are sorry that you feel the cleaner ruined your carpet, that is not something that happens. We took action thst same day that you reported it. We are sorry for the occurance and will make sure it never happens in the future.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY; THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.

Good connecting. Unfortunately, even after lanning her visit, she never showed or called. I left a msg. with no results

I called them on Friday, and they told me they will send cleaners for Saturday. They didn’t show up!

This was my very first time having cleaners come and clean our house. The communication for setting up initial appointment was courteous and responsive. The cleaners showed up 20 mins late due to traffic, which was understandable.
The two cleaners wore masks while deep cleaning our apt and I could not be happier about their service. The cleaning was through and the cleaners were kind and well mannered. I set up bi-weekly cleaning schedule with them afterwards. Can’t wait to have them come again! Thank you! More...

They did not show up. I confirmed with them many times, including the evening before cleaning. They were supposed to come at 2 pm on Saturday. They did not. I messaged them and called up. Two ladies who were efficient, worked the projects and places that were in our agreement. We did not speak each other’s languages, however they had a translator app that worked beautifully.
