My dog has a lot of anxiety and takes a long time to warm up to people. I was worried about boarding him for the first time. I called a few times (like an insane person), and they were more than happy to give me updates. It’s now been a year since I’ve been boarding my dog and I couldn’t be happier with his response when I pull up to the door. He recognizes the staff when he comes inside. Snickers loves staying at Catnips-n-Biscuits (CnB) and we love it because we are confident and comfortable with the clean facilities and the professional, friendly staff! ! We are able to check on Snickers during the day via CnB's Web Cam!! Easy access!! I recommend anyone who has a dog or cat to take them to CnB. The facility works for all canine personalities. My Labrador, Bebe has been going to Catnip-n-Biscuits since 2016. I started taking her once a week for socialization with other dogs so she would not be an aggressive dog. She enjoys playing ball with the staff and getting in the pool. The staff are all friendly and seem to enjoy playing with all the dogs. Having Bebe go there once a week has made it easier for me to to board her there when we go on vacation. Moving from out of state, I was nervous to find a new daycare/boarding facility for my dog! After researching, I found that Catnip-n-Biscuits was the place to go. I was not disappointed! We have a 13 year old wheaten who comes home happy and has benefited from special help whenshe’s needed it. This included daily doses of medicine which are routine, but also a trip to the vetnext door when an ear infection flared up. The ear problems required quite a bit of attention. It wasall handled cheerfully and well documented. We’ve also used the in home visits when Maggie was unable to be in the kennel after a surgery andwere impressed with the care she got. I had never boarded my 2 year old Shih Tzu but I was going on a 10 day trip and I could not take Zoey with me. After checking out several places I decided on Catnip-n-Biscuits. I am glad I did. I was able to watch my fur baby play with other little doggies on their podcast. That helped me a lot. The staff is kind and took special care of all their boarder's and day care playmates alike. Also, I will never use any other groomers. Zoey always came home traumatized from other groomers. Not the case here...and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Catnip-n-Biscuits! More...

I have been taking my dog to Catnip-n-Bisquits for almost 3 years. I work 10 hr days & I drop her off on my way. The staff are always very welcoming & she gets excited to be there. I love being able to check on her thru the web cam to see her playing with the other dogs. I have used their weekend boarding services also & have no complaints. We boarded our two cats here for four nights. The staff is caring, friendly and efficient and the facility is clean and pleasant. Our pets were well-loved and well-cared for in our absence. They were happy to see us upon our return, but once home acted as if they had been on a wonderful vacation and resumed life as usual. We are full-time RVers traveling through Savannah. Our RV needed service and they kept it longer than expected, so Catnip N Biscuits took care of our two cats for us until our home was ours again. They got an adjoining suite and a room to roam in, and were given lots of lovin' by the staff.  There's even a webcam you can check on them remotely if you like. When we arrived to pick them up they were calm and content. The staff was accommodating to our last-minute arrival and unpredictable scheduling and the price was fair. My dog has been visiting Catnip N Biscuits Daycare for approximately 9 months and I could not be happier with the experience. I love the fact that when I enter the facility, the staff instantly recognizes Gabbi and greets her by name. Furthermore, they take the time to make sure she uses her manners - making her sit calmly before she walks through the gate/doors, and ensuring that she is respectful of the people handling her - this is SO important to me that they are reinforcing all the effort I've put into training her!I also highly respect the fact that they strictly enforce up-to-date vaccinations and re-orientation after long lapses in visits. We've been victim to both and while it may be slightly inconvenient for some, it further ensures for me that they place a high priority on my dog's and the other's health and safety -- I can trust that my dog is safe. I've read several reviews complaining about the long lines @ drop off/pick up...we should all keep in mind that we are dealing with dogs, everything is unpredictable. Catnip is very flexible by not requiring exact drop-off and pick-up times - so yes, sometimes it will get a little crowded. I have always felt the staff did everything they could to get us in/out in the most timely manner. Lastly, I love the webcams! If you've ever checked in during the day, it's obvious the staff is extremely attentive to all the animals - which also makes me comfortable knowing there is always someone in the yard monitoring them.Thank you for the great care and peace of mind! Catnip-n-Biscuits is a excellent boarding/day care service. I'm impressed with there screening of the pets, e.g. that all vaccines are current and the dogs are not aggressive. The staff is professional and caring. I never have had any doubts that my cat and dog are receiving safe care. My puppy son, George has been going to Catnip-n-Biscuits at least once a week for the past four months. George and I both love the facility and he is so happy to get there in the morning that he can hardly wait to break free of me to play with all of his friends. They have a thorough assessment process for determining if your dog's temperament is right for their social environment, which made me feel safe leaving George in their care, plus there are webcams where I can watch my baby play. George always looks forward to daycare day, and I love having a happy and tired puppy when I pick him up in the afternoon.
