Very disappointed with the family meal. We are regulars here and just feel disgusted. Who puts cheese on rice? This meal was not what we asked for and we mentioned no cheese please. The meat was not good at all. The tortillas were stale . I hate to say this but you are feeding human beings not animals . Very disappointed for 65 dollars not worth it . Not happy about it at all. Everything at this place is delicious. The cucumber margaritas are so good as well. The staff is very friendly and during Covid times, this is the only place I'd eat. Super clean. Tinga and fish tacos are my fav. And you have to try the poblano soup ! More...

The outdoor igloos were amazing! There was even a speaker for music which was nice. Great, friendly service-they asked about food allergies and were very accommodating of my sister’s avocado allergy (which can be tricky with Mexican food). Food was hot and delicious. I applaud Bien Trucha for cleverly adapting its outdoor seating into creative heated bubble pods!!! This gives me hope!! The service was superior as was the food! We loved the hibiscus tea. The guacamole of the day was “pina” or pineapple which was delicious. The tostada with queso fundido with Camerones (shrimp) were incredible as an appetizer. The hype on its popularity was a disappointment. We had reservations for 7:15. They called to tell me they were over booked, they had to move us to 7:45. We get there at 7:20, I go in to tell the hostess that we're there. She tells me "oh you can come in now" and there was one other table of four. We were given a time limit of one hour and fifteen minutes. NO ONE ELSE CAME IN!!! Tried everything to change our reservation to 5 people, no can do. I thought for this much hassle its gonna be jumping. NOT! ***The food and prices. $8 for two chicken flautas, they were good. Its all ala carte. $7.50 for a bowl of corn. *****Your definitely paying for quality not quantity. Waiter. **********He was amazing! Bien Trucha catered my daughter's wedding reception last night and it was amazing. They arrived on time to a venue they had not been to before, quickly adapted to their surroundings and we're ready to serve our guests in no time. Totally awesome tacos, tried them for the first time today, fuelled up before trying Riverlands in Saint Charles, the Diabla Tacos were bursting with flavor, not too spicy, and either go with the side of corn or the rice, they weren't shabby either, and don't forget the Margaritas, awesome people, awesome place, and now it's a stop on my Geneva visits
