What’s your signature dish?
Since I specialize in Latin food . Pernil (roasted pork ) empanadas, rice .
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I always ask if my clients have a vision or a theme for the event and we team up to come up with the perfect menu
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people really come together and enjoy my food . I have been cooking since I was a child so when I cater events I really strive to make sure it’s the best tasting food they have ever had .
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandmother ran her own business from the ground up and she is the one who taught me everything I know . It was only right i follow in her footsteps and keep the tradition going .

My clients should choose me because I’m amazing in what I do . I do not look at as just a number I really try to make every client and event as special as possible. Most of the clients I work with have stayed booking with me for years . They refuse to go to anyone else z
