I love working with this team. This company is dedicated to making a difference in client and employee lives on a daily basis. I have been a staff member since the beginning, and I can tell you that we are constantly making goals to improve our processes, training, employee packages, and client programs. On a personal note, the owners of this company make being a mother easier, which is not commonly found in the workforce today. My son was a client of Catalyst for three years. When he started, he was mostly nonverbal. A previous company we’d used was not as involved in making sure his programs were at the same speed he was, but Catalyst adapted to his rate of growth and change which was often! He’s a totally different kid now, with more words than ever and more ability to redirect his emotions and behaviors. Autism is tricky, but Catalyst was always up for the job. The therapists we had over the course of three years were the most kind, loving and patient people I’ve ever met. I can not believe what a difference ABA and Catalyst has been to our life. Our son, Kevin, has had so much change in the last four months but he has made AMAZING progress. For two years, his social skills goal on his IEP was to learn to his address and phone number. Once Catalyst gave us Kelsey and Melissa, he was taught in three days. THREE DAYS. Just yesterday we were at a friend's house and Kevin walked up to their ABA from another company and asked her "How has your day been? How are you? Are you doing good?" He made eye contact and it was completely unprompted. He is learning what expected and unexpected behaviors are and how to read people's feelings... They have been amazing with my daughter. Everytime she has a session I see improvements. My daughter's grades are up she seems to do things independently. Her confidence has grown and she has a higher self esteem. They have helped with social situations and what not to do. There always communicating with me and setting goals that are attainable.
