Castle Frame Massage

I booked a massage for my mom who is visiting from out of the country.  She is a very nervous flier and she is leaving in less than a week. This is something she really needed today.  She said it was the best massage she ever had.  Castle was very welcoming and warm.   The massages are out of her house and it is like going to a friend's house. Dogs and cats included which for me is the best thing in the world.  My mom left feeling so much better both physically and mentally.  I am definitely going to book one for myself.  Glad to have found her! MY RIDE OR DIE MASSAGE THERAPIST!  I have been with Castle for almost two years now and I cannot say enough good things about her.  She listens and know exactly how to address my problems.  Love seeing her each month and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. This was my first massage I've ever had and honestly I am really glad I waited this long so that it could be with this remarkable young lady! For several reasons the idea of getting massage always made me a little apprehensive. The vulnerability of getting a massage has never sat quite comfortably with me, especially getting one from a person I don't know. However, having just moved here from Ohio as part of the LGBT community after having the misfortune of burying my brother just two months prior it's an understatement saying that my body had been going under some stress. My shoulders have been insanely stiff, I've had sharp pains shooting from my lower back almost pulsating the rest of my body and on top of all that I've been hitting the gym much more frequently and harder, giving me a lot of other muscle soreness throughout the rest of my body. A friend of mine suggested getting a massage and I thought "You know, if there's a time to finally get one, right now is probably it."So I took a chance, saw nothing but great reviews and scheduled my first appointment with Castle Frame. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by the radiating joy of Castle and her dog Marco! Her home was very adorable and the whole "vibe" was incredibly welcoming! She walked me over to the massage room, where I took my shoes off and she sat me down and asked me a few questions about any specific pain and focus's I wanted to share with her before we began. As I started expressing all the stress my body has been feeling, I felt it seemed important to let her know that it was my first time and I wasn't entirely sure how comfortable I would be but that I really wanted to try it anyways. She was completely understanding and I could tell she was keeping in mind almost everything I was saying. Alas, I got myself ready on the bed and waited just few minutes before she walked back in. With soothing music and wonderful smells of incense filling the room, I started focusing on my breathing until I finally started feeling more at ease. As Castle began I was immediately relieved I didn't start giggling (I'm very ticklish and laugh when I'm anxious). I could tell her hands were well trained and she knew exactly what she was doing. We did a total body massage for one hour and during that one hour she found all the spots where I had been feeling most of my pain, and even some that I didn't know existed. It felt like each muscle she focused on was like some level and of a video game and she wasn't going to move forward until she conquered that level. Victory after victory she rubbed those knots right on out. I was in a level of consciousness that I never wanted to leave and after the 60 minutes quickly zoomed on through I was devastated I didn't schedule a longer appointment. When she was finished, she placed a warm, damp and scented towel on my neck and told me I could get up when I felt ready and she left the room. I thought it was kind of funny because I didn't think I would have ever been ready to get up from that bed and enter the world after all of that. I felt like a child who wanted just an eternal "5 more minutes" of sleep. But alas mustered up that courage and got myself together. I met her back into her kitchen where we chatted for probably longer than I should have but I was just so grateful towards her and she was just so kind I never wanted to leave. I paid her her fee and gave her a WELL deserved tip! I gave her a nice hug, told her I was definitely going to  schedule another appointment and left! Since that experience, I really have noticed the tightness in my shoulders have loosened up and that the lower back pain, after she really did some work in there, has subsided tremendously. I am so incredibly glad I went to Castle Frame Massage and I would recommend her to anyone even teasing the idea of getting a massage in a heart beat! Castle's healing touch is unbeatable. I've been benefitting from her therapeutic massage therapy for years. Her services are divine and she is always lovely and prompt in correspondence. Highly recommend!!
