Our first contact with Diane Castell began in 1964 while doing business with her father, Cloyd Wangsgard, CPA. Later, Diane became Cloyd’s assistant and we have worked closely with her through many years of accounting and tax preparation. In the past, we have owned and operated approximately 26 different business entities, which have benefited from Diane’s experience and skill in accounting and tax matters.
Currently we are in the process of winding down our business interests and making the transition to retirement status. We will continue to work with Diane in this process, since she has been very helpful to research and provide accurate information, especially in our representation with the occasional IRS audits over the past 30 years.
