Owner, William Foshee began to make his mark in the food and service industry at a young age and has been striving to share his passion for the business ever since. At just 15 years old, he worked at his parents’ restaurant on Lake Sinclair. He later moved on to work at several other local restaurants, became the Catering Director for Museum of Aviation, started his own catering company, worked as a chef for the Golf Club at Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee, and then ventured up to Roswell, GA where he became the Chef de Cuisine for a well renowned catering company, Talk of the Town

One of the chef's appeared to be drunk. Their website is misleading because one of the chef's that they have on there hasn't been there in years.

The head chef disappeared during the event. The other kitchen help I understand aren't even chefs. The staff spend more time playing on their phones, smoking and goofing off. Not a professional group of people. More...

Cast Iron Catering provided food for a 10-person dinner in celebration of our daughter's graduation. The food was delicious and a great change of pace from both our own cooking and the local options for fine dining. The chicken picata (with artichokes) was sumptuous and the peach cobbler with Chantilly cream was perfect. But the star of the meal for us (who love our vegetables first and foremost) was the sweet potato gratin. It had only the sweetness from the potatoes themselves, which were sliced and layered with leeks, and cooked so that they still had enough firmness for the slices to each have their own integrity. I absolutely cannot give this company a rating that is high enough! We wait til the last minute to plan a holiday event for 55 employees. Cast Iron catering was very responsive and wonderful to work with but the best part was that the food was phenomenal!! Seriously- not one thing could have gone better!
