What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is my Mac and cheese. It consists of several different types of cheese and other spices passed down from my granny.
My greens stand out for their freshness since I get them directly from the farmers, pick and clean them.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Clients frequently ask about pricing. I let them know that pricing is based on the menu items selected. The choice of protein drives the cost of the services. For example, a menu with chicken as the protein will be drastically different than a menu with steak and seafood. We can come up with the perfect menu within your price budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Our mission is to bring unforgettable food and service to the masses!!! Seeing the client’s vision come to fruition and all their guests enjoying their event is the greatest feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always dreamed of being a chef. Although serving in the military deferred my dream of becoming a chef; the desire to cook never diminished.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We prepare servings in individual portions in order to decrease contact. When we serve buffet style meals, we limit the contact of serving utensils.
