What inspired you to start your own business?
I always had a passion for cooking and the arts. I grew up in an atmosphere where everything was cooked from scratch, with no fast food. Recipes were passed from generation to generation, and I explored local bakeries and flavors. With Cassava, I can express my art and continue spreading the original flavors of my culture with a fusion twist. This twist generated from the travels that the military life brought to me and the culinary classes. I love what I do, and my products show the dedication behind our love.
