Cassaro's Catering

I found Cassaro's Catering here on Yelp and selected Chris to cater my daughter's HSU graduation party based on previous Yelp reviews. Now I'm back adding my own five star rating!I left the menu planning up to my daughter and Chris and I was not disappointed. Everything, from the appetizers to the plated entrees, were mouthwatering delicious. I am a person who really likes my food to be served HOT, and the temperature of each item was perfect. It was such a treat to arrive at my daughter's home, see a beautifully set table and know I didn't have to do any of the cooking or clean-up. The other Yelp reviews mention wedding receptions and large parties... yet, we were only a group of 6! Still, Chris treated us like we were royalty.If I lived in the area, I would definitely hire Cassaro's Catering again. Since I don't, all I can do is offer my highest recommendation. More...

Chris is the BEST. We contacted her a month before  HSU graduation and she catered our party of 20 the night of graduation. Her prices are reasonable. She was right on time, food was EXCELLENT. Everyone was so happy. Her menu and ordering are somewhat free choice and packages which, for us, made things so much easier. She allowed whatever we wanted and offered great suggestions too. Her clean up was impeccable and timely. She's also a nice person and we enjoyed talking with her. She is working on bottling one of her homemade dressings--green onion vinaigrette. We had our wedding reception catered into Crescent City, and it was the best decision.We had a blend of Spanish (for my southwestern family) and Indian (for his). It was amazing. I didn't think I would be able to find great Indian food so far north of San Francisco, but it was terrific, and deffinetly the most popular food amongst both families. Chris was wonderful! She catered our wedding; both the rehearsal dinner and the reception. She was flexible as I made changes in the last hours and was helpful in ways we didn't expect! We found Cassaro's Catering on Yelp when searching for caterers for our wedding.  Upon collecting quotes and sample menus from multiple restaurants (Hurricane Kates, Mazottis, Gallaghers. .) we narrowed our selection to Mazottis and Cassaros, they were the two to give us the most reasonable quotes for what we wanted.  After multiple emails and calls to Cassaros and Mazottis we decided to go with Cassaros when they delivered a sample of their purposed menu to our house!  Chris (the owner of Cassaro's) was amazing, she worked with us to make the exact meal we wanted for our wedding.  Her prices are reasonable and the service was extraordinary.  So pleased we decided to go with Cassaros.  Our guests at the wedding kept complimenting the food and going back for seconds!
