What do you love most about your job?
I most love seeing the progress that my clients make- there's nothing like looking at where a client was when we started working together and comparing it to their current reality and the results they've gotten.
I often say that I learn as much from them as they do from working with me, and that is incredibly satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love helping people, and I knew I could help more people if I started my own business, so I did.
I've also always valued freedom and starting my own business seemed like a great way to continue to create the kind of freedom in my life that I love.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I help my clients walk their talk. That can be as a company or as an individual- how you show up as the kind of leader you'd want to follow.
This type of leadership can only come from a true sense of integrity- that what you're saying matches up with what you're DOING and the way you're showing up.
Many of my clients come to me and are struggling with how to get clarity on what they need to do, and then how to make their actions line up with who they really are. They also struggle with how to communicate their ideas and get buy-in so they can take them to the next level.

Yes, most of my services are provided online. I do run workshops and team-building onsites for clients, as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since I'm mostly online, I haven't really had to make any changes to keep them safe physically.
