What inspired you to start your own business?
What motivated me to become a personal trainer is the fact there is so much knowledge out here that it can get passed along the wrong way. I want to ensure the people know the correct way and effective way to create a new version of themselves.

I can provide online programs. Most of the style of training I do is more suited for in person training.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow proper sanitizing protocols. Also, if someone wants to wear a mask, I am happy to wear one as well to keep them safe.
