Caryn Miller Katz Cognitiveos Hypnosis

I love Caryn.  I saw her for almost four months and she helped me in so many ways.  She gave me a safe place to communicate, share, and tackle life-issues.  I never thought meditation would come easy to me, but only after 2-3 sessions, I was finding myself easily sinking deeper and deeper into a meditative state of mind.  I even can self-meditate now.  I can relax myself.  Most of the time I hear Caryn's calming voice in my head and that helps me unwind.  She is a caring soul who truly wants to help.  She is genuine and she made it possible for me to overcome many anxious and stressful situations I once had.  I recommend her highly!
