What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping you get out of a rut or making a life decision to change, find joy, contentment and purpose. It brings me joy to see my client go from frustrated and stressed to confident and happy, once they have overcome some of the blocks in their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love helping others, I am a retired natural hair stylist of 20 years. I started life coaching my hair clients and friends. I said "why not take a course in life coaching and start my own business". I'ts been 5 years now, and I love it.

I can visualize your outcome when sometimes you may not see a bright future. I hold you accountable to take the steps to get to better habits, better communication in relationships, a better career or business. I know you want a less stressed, joy filled life. I provide 1 on 1 coaching session via Zoom or we can talk on the phone. I give email and text support as well. I am working on a online coaching program on how to journal to a better life, coming this summer. I so excited!
