From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect. Sara, our salesperson was knowledgeable, took time to explain the different products pros and cons and allowed us to make our own decision. If I had a question she always called back as soon as possible. Finally, I walked in one day in the middle of an office party and joking said where's my cake. She jumped up and got me some cake. We were so excited when it was completed.
Everything was beautiful!
We have been using our new kitchen for 6 months.
Now we are more amazed about how our kitchen workflow is practical and efficient.
We would not have obtained our beautiful kitchen without her knowledge, interior sense and great cooperation to our contractor and tile company.

Worked with Michelle C. at Carole Kitchens. She was fantastic! This was our first kitchen remodel and she was extremely patient and pleasant. She answered all of our questions and made helpful suggestions while sincerely trying to give us exactly the kitchen we want. The cabinetry came in on time an looks even better than the example in the show room. Her measurements were spot on. We would happily work with her again. One thing I would recommend would be to call ahead and make an appointment (especially on Saturday), they get very busy at times. More...

We love our kitchen and loved working with Debbie and everyone at Carole Kitchen. I chose Carole because people from my town Facebook page recommended them. Jeannie was my first contact, and she is amazing. She paired me with Debbie Toland which was a great fit. I was nervous to start the kitchen process, and Debbie made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The architect did not design the kitchen layout, so she had to start from scratch. She gave us several ideas of how to design things. I am a detail person, and I never felt as though I was bothering her with my million questions. She worked very well with our contractor; he had worked with her before and only had positive things to say about her. Debbie also designed my personal desk space and our mudroom. I love going to Carole's. They have an amazing showroom and top notch staff of designers and people with tremendous install experience. I have used them for used their services to supply 5 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, and an office with cabinetry for myself and friends and family. Also have used them for countertops from laminate, to quartz, and marble and granite for all the above.Their pricing and expertise will keep me coming back, and it is the only place I refer other friends and family to. We experienced a flawless kitchen remodel project that started with Carole Kitchen's design. We worked with Michelle who educated and guided us very practically through the process of design choices, and she was able to incorporate our wish list items into our small kitchen area. I am extremely satisfied with Carole Kitchen and Bath Design. After having a custom cabinet designer attempt to design my new kitchen and not listen to what I wanted, my architect suggested Carole Kitchen and Bath. Right from the start, Kathy listened to what I wanted in my kitchen and came up with a design that was perfect. After my first meeting with Kathy, I left the showroom knowing that I had someone that was listening to me and understanding my wishes. Using her experience as a Kitchen designer, Kathy used my ideas and came up with the right solution that would meet my needs. The team at Carole Kitchen was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly and satisfactorily. Everyone at Carole Kitchen is very friendly and inviting. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the final result. When shown pictures of the final product, the enthusiasm of everyone there just shows you how much they value their customers and designing the right kitchen for their customers.
