Meticulous, thoughtful, creative planning and brilliant, exquisite execution!Betsy worked tirelessly with me to plan a phenomenal menu that would meet all of our family's and friends' diverse dietary needs. Betsy took on every challenge with great patience, energy and imagination, realistic and constantly positive and imaginative. Carmel's chef was even willing to try a favorite family recipe (and succeeded)!!! Tracy Yitzhaky brilliantly executed the setup and menu. She was flexible and calm, willing to flow with unexpected surprises. Her waitstaff was phenomenal. The setup was stunning, the food looked beautiful and tasted even better. Even the most prestigious foodies in the crowd raved about the quality of the food. Due to last minute developments at the synagogue, Moti's Market also took on providing the food for and setting up the Kiddush, which also met with rave reviews. Highly recommended.
