Carleton Counseling Services is a private counseling practice for Matthew Carleton, LMSW CAADC. Matt provides individual, family, and couples therapy services. His office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. He currently can accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance. For clients who are either uninsured or have a plan that Matt is unable to accept, self-pay rates are $80 for the first session and $40 for each subsequent session. Matt specializes in coping with anxiety, anger management, relationship therapy, improving self-esteem, and addictions; though is not limited to these problem areas.
