My company was visiting New Orleans for a meeting and we worked with Carl to organize a second line parade. When I tell you Carl is the best, HE IS THE BEST. He accommodated every need we had. The original day we planned to have the parade ended up storming. I called him the same day to see if we could move the parade to the next day, and he did it no problem. That usually NEVER happens especially on the same day to change it to the next day. That being said it was a weekday so I'm sure it was easier to change it, but Carl knew exactly who to call to change the permits and have the police approve the route. He went above and beyond to help make our parade and experience the best.We had stilt walkers, revelers, and a jazz band walk with us. They were so professional and everyone had so much fun!I could not have enough good things to say about Carl. If I could give 6 stars I would! Celebrated my birthday with Carl Mack at the Marci Gras Museum and with a second line and had SUCH an amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful, fun, and supportive . The costume closet was spectacular! Everyone from my grandmother to my 6 year old cousins were having a ball. Great music, amazing atmosphere and Carl could not have been nicer. Museum of costumes worn in previous Mardi Gras events. You can rent their space for your event and they also rent costumes as well as provide costumed talent for your company's private Mardi Gras type party. Highly recommend.

We were blown away by the support and creativity Carl and his wonderful staff brought to our event! I work in production and hired Carl Mack Presents to provide a little pizzazz to one of our shows. His three female revelers did NOT disappoint. They were on-time, dressed to entertain, and incredibly professional in all aspects of their time on set. My team couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Stephanie, who helped me arrange the entire event, was quite possibly the most hard-working person in New Orleans. She hustled to get exactly what we needed and did it quickly and with grace. If you want a completely awesome experience in New Orleans, Carl Mack Presents makes it happen. Special and grateful thanks to Jermaine for organizing our second line parade and taking such great care of our 70th birthday group. You are simply fabulous! A lot of pieces involved however, Jermaine took care of everything -- kept us on time, kept us dancing, kept the music jamming and as a result has created so many memories for everyone involved. When you visit New Orleans there is a good chance that you'll find yourself dressing up in a costume for something... parades, parties, festivals, because it's a Tuesday. .. The Big Easy is the land of revelry and dress up and there is no better place to find something special than at Carl Mack Presents. I'm a French Quarter local and happened into Carl Mack Presents a few years ago as it was just up the street. Since walking in to their wonderland, I've worn probably more than 100 spectacular costumes in parades, to parties, and even out on the dusty playa at Burning Man. I've gotten to know Carl and his team very well and there isn't a costume they can't design or create. Their new location at 318 North Rampart Street just around the corner from their old digs) is 5000 square feet of floor to ceiling outfits in every imaginable genre. They have experts in Hair, wigs, makeup, and styling. And on top of the rentals they also provide professional talent for events. They are the one-stop shop for magicians, jugglers, stilt walkers, revelers, go-go dancers, contortionists, second lines, musicians, emcees, dancers, aerialists... really anything you can imagine.
