Carl Bohlmeyer's Floor Sanding has a good reputation in Lincoln for doing quality work at reasonable prices. They did a really nice job on my 85 year old wood floors that previously had carpeting on them.
There were lots of flaws on my floors, but Bohlmeyers did such a good job the flaws were barely noticeable. They gave me good advice in the type of finish that would be most appropriate for the wood. The top shiny finish was very strong and did not scratch easily or chip off, like some others do. I've several friends use Bohlmeyer's also and they've been very pleased with the results. This is the first place I'd look if I needed my floors sanded and finished.PROS: Quality work, reasonable prices
