Caren is an incredible example of a life coach. The complimentary consultation that she offers, gave me an opportunity to see if we were going to be a good match. After meeting her, it was very clear that she would be my coach because of the tranquil ambiance, her expressed sincerity and how she demonstrated her sense of order, as it related to my specific needs and goals. She is time oriented, ready and willing to coach! During each of my sessions with her, she provided thought-provoking ideas in ways that I never considered. She memorialized our sessions in writing along with inspirational "Ted Talks" to listen to and gave assignments to help me to maintain accountability and focus. I always left her office feeling empowered in my performance abilities and hopeful towards my future endeavors.
