What do you love most about your job?
Packaging the intangibles I have gained over the years into a tangible service/program to help other make career breakthroughs by packaging their own intangibles into a tangible product for people to understand.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been growing teams and talent for over 20 years - I love the growing talent part. And I have always wanted to run my own successful business - so here I am!
