I owe my ability to move freely again thanks to Janelle. Call her my savior. I used to always work out and then got lazy and made excuses. Began having back issues. Janelle has me on a program to build me up again and make me string. I am back enjoying my dog agility sport with my pups. Could not do this without her guiding me and motivating me. Went almost a month with this sciatic pain in my lower back and it kept getting worse. With just a few ART/MAT sessions with Janelle already feel times better! !! Janelle is an amazing trainer. She really pushes you, and is very helpful with questions on what foods to eat, etc. She really knows her stuff. Best of all - she's always fun - so it's a guarantee that no matter what mood you went in with, you'll walk out feeling great after your workout, and feeling like you've really accomplished something. I am seeing Janelle for pain and decreased mobility and after just 2 MAT sessions I can already see a big improvement. Just finished a 5 mile run this morning in a decent time with very little discomfort. Thanks Janelle!

Got activated by Janelle today using MAT. Let me tell you, it is amazing! As active as I feel I am, I never realized there were muscles not being used, especially for my left upper body. Instantly saw results during our session. Afterwards I did a 40 lb. shoulder press without the strain or weakness I felt before having my muscles activated. I see this as a necessary part of reaching my fitness goals. I would of never been aware of this issue had it not been for my MAT session. Janelle has helped me out with my lifelong and ongoing conquest to gain muscle mass and increase my strength. I live way way up north in Minnesota the almost exact opposite side of the country, but yet she has supported me and answered any lifting related questions I have ever had, diet, and injury related. I started out around 150 lbs about 2 or 3 years ago and with solid advice from Janelle I have increased my strength and have gained 25 pounds of muscle mass and I am continuing to grow and expand my knowledge highly recommend Janelle in any form of working out or physical activity near or far from where she is located. My MAT session with Janelle was awesome! She did an evaluation of my hips and then performed muscle activation technique to balance my weaknesses. Afterwards my hips felt more strong and balanced than they have in years or maybe ever. I was also starting to get pain in my right hip from running but after Janelle's treatment the pain is gone. Janelle is awesome. If you are looking for a place to start, if you need to get back into your workouts or you been working out and need a change, she is the right person to contact. She pushes you in a good way and as long as you listen to her and be honest, she will get you the results you want. Back in September I was looking for a way to change my life and truly get in shape. I took the recommendation of a friend Heidi Axelrod and signed up for personal training with Janelle. I never imagined that 8 months later I would be where I am. I went from running a mile in just under 17 minutes to running a mile in under 8:24. I have muscle definition but more importantly I have strength and energy. I couldn't have achieved this without Janelle. She is supportive, motivating, and pushes you to achieve your goals. Janelle is everything I wanted out of a trainer and more. I joined Janelle the end of January after I got engaged. I wanted her help to get in shape for my wedding. My main goals were my arms. Janelle has a no nonsense approach to targeting weak, painful areas on the body and correcting them using your own strength against resistance. I have shoulder and hip problems years in the making and have noticed relief and improved range of motion after one session. I realize it's going to take some time to correct and maintain the health of my trouble areas, but I am excited about the prospect. Janelle also has an uncanny way of zeroing in on the real problem even though the painful site may be far removed from it. My thigh muscles would disintegrate after a workout, leaving me unable to walk, sit or squat for days even though there had been no injury or pain while exercising. Janelle worked with me to slowly build those muscles up, making me stronger and more knowledgeable about how to take care of my body before, during and after working out. Today I'm stronger, have better stamina, and feel great. I never used to think about lifting weights, always more comfortable to just go with cardio, but now I get excited when I get to use those magic words: I think I can go up in weight. Wow this was very eye-opening. Janelle found very quickly that my lower body is much weaker than my upper body. When she performed the test on my legs I failed miserably. With only a 6 minute activation of my muscles, which is simply me pushing against her resistance in a specific position, I went from a failed score to a good score. It is a very visible change. I did one of my balance exercises that is always very hard for me and could not believe the difference.

I am going back for more. Cannot wait for more positive results. THANKS JANELLE!!
