This place is great. The ambiance is welcoming and warm. You're always greeted with a friendly smile. They are proactive at working around your schedule. I've never had an issue getting in for a great haircut. Recently I've been getting my hair trimmed by Christina. I'm not the most knowledgable when it comes to hair so I often spit up random words to describe the type of haircut I'm looking for. Y'ALL NEED TABITHA IN YOUR LIFE!So I'm a pretty nightmarish client to begin with:*I'm a hairstylist with my own ideas and approach*I'm wicked indecisive and wishy washy*I have a LOT of old color and variation in the health of my hair from roots to ends. *I had a MESS of a haircut for her to fix*I mean, I played phone tag with the receptionist while making my appointment just cause I couldnt commit. ‍♀️ Emily the receptionist was so sweet, helpful, professional and understanding BUT TABITHA, THOUGH!! I knew she was my new hair girl even before my appointment. I read a lot of great reviews about her and was excited. But I told the receptionist I was no longer interested in making an appointment because I didn't like something with the details of the pricing and a few minutes later, then Tabitha called me HERSELF and walked me through the details that got lost in communication and reeled me back in! Then when it was time for my appointment she gave me exactly what I needed! She:*approached my goal photos honestly with what she could do in one sitting and what would be worth my time and money. *didnt talk me into spending more money and time for no reason. *I told her that I didnt want to be a stylist for that day and I just wanted her to do her thing! And every time I stepped into my stylist persona and became "micro-managey", she put me in my place and reminded me to relax. I really respected the strength of her personality and confidence.GUYS SHE WAS WORTH EVERY MINUTE AND EVERY PENNY! My hair is so fabulous. Everyone stops to give me compliments on my hair now, that hasnt happened for years! My fiance is obsessed even though I went a little brighter and more wild than he usually prefers. A cutie working at Taco Bell started hitting on me when I paid for my food and the first thing he mentioned was how much he liked my hair! Go to Tabitha! Lauren Voss from this salon has completely changed my hair dying experience. I went to her with all natural/un-touch hair with the interest in changing things up. I have very fine and thin hair, so my main concern was that dying it lighter would ruin my hair. I have never had a better experience with a salon artist. Lauren did a balayage and each time I go in my hair turns out exactly how I want it! For Tabitha: I have always always always struggled with finding a hair salon/stylist. I'm so indecisive about my hair and often what I like in pictures, does not work for my hair. Walked in feeling sad about a less desirable service I received at another salon, walked out feeling like a million bucks! I love my cut from Christine! She was very honest with me about my hair dilemma and redirected my thoughts on a different haircut until we worked on getting my hair healthy along with getting more length. What I loved about the place! Clean, welcoming and trendy. What I love about my stylist Christine is, she was very honest with me about my hair and my cut that I was hoping to get. I had a previous horrible experience at another local salon in Longmont that really ruined my hair. Instead of just doing the cut I showed her ( thank you Pinterest) she explained to me that the cut I was hoping for would not work for me until I had more growth. Definitely not what I wanted to hear but it was the truth. I appreciate honesty. Getting a good cut to remove what she could of the damaged part is most important and it will look healthier. So that’s what she did. I rebooked, I walked out with a perfect cut. Christine is knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to find that these days. I'm still relatively new to this salon, but have been very happy with every visit thus far. The salon itself is clean and comfortable. Their products are of great quality and clean, also. Christina is very authentic and knowledgeable. She asks all the right questions to truly understand what you want, and is careful about assessing your hair type and little nuances to ensure a quality cut/style. She has the experience and, again, knowledge to know if a cut isn't right for you, and will be very clear about it. I’m so in love with this salon! It’s terrifying taking my two year old into somewhere she has to sit still but no one made me feel like I was being judged for having her there. They were all so kind to us. Lauren has done my hair twice now and she just works magic every time. Going from long hair to short is nerve racking but she made it look amazing and I swear my hair has never been so healthy, shiny, full, and soft.
