Very happy! Went in expecting to get a no since I was walking in needing a bridal Bouquet for the next day, but thankfully they were able to help me! WOW...this place truly offers GREAT customer service. I ordered an arrangement for my sister's birthday at the last minute to an outside area of the city. ..I did not specify any particular flowers or colors (which was a mistake on my part) just specified price and they delivered a very traditional arrangement. When my sister sent me a picture of them, I was disappointed and felt they weren't up to a professionals arrangement. I wrote an unhappy review here on Yelp and was contacted by Patty who was kind and helpful and made things right. They are a stand up company who TRULY care about their customers. Capitol Hill Florist has a true love and value for their community! Every year, on April 28th (National Workers Memorial Day) we honor the families of those that die each year to work-site accidents. Capitol Hill Florist stepped up and provided flowers to be given to the families. These flowers were not only a beautiful addition to the event, but meant so much to the family members who were still grieving for their loved ones! I live in Texas and have used Capitol florists several times over the years to send flowers to my mom and they never dissapoint. They even called me this year to remind me that I always send her birthday flowers and had notes on the colors and flowers she likes. The anniversary of my stepdad passing is a few days before my mom's birthday and it's always a sad time for her. Capitol really did an amazing job this year. I picked up some flowers for my wife at Capital Hills Florist over the weekend. They were beautiful when I purchased them but within 1 day they had already wilted. Flowers always look great and last awhile, high quality. Have ordered from here a few times now and I, and more importantly, my wife have never been disappointed by the arrangements or quality. Price is always reasonable as well, and the lady that works in here is really friendly and works with you to find what's best for whatever occasion. We used Capitol Hill Florist for the flowers at our wedding. I did not have a complete vision for the types of flowers that I wanted and Sharon did a wonderful job at helping me figure out what would be best. What we did have was a set of special vases that were all different sizes and shapes that we gave to them months before the wedding. They took great care of them and were able to make different arrangements for each vase. They delivered the flowers early and had everything ready to go. I have a really sweet boss, who likes to send me flowers from time to time. She doesn't have to do it, but I appreciate it so much when she does. Even though she lives in St. Louis, she's the one who introduced me to Capitol Hill Florist & Gifts. The arrangements she has sent me are among some of the most beautiful flowers I've received. They also last for a very long time, and smell amazing. They are definitely doing something right, and I plan to use them for some of my flowers going forward.
