The service was impeccable! We were lucky enough to get the owner of the business a great guy named John. He was such a nice, friendly guy! As my friends and I are visiting from out of town for ACL he gave us a list of great places in Austin. Even spots in The Hamptons for next summer. He also followed up the next day to apologize for maybe not giving us the best reco on a BBQ spot. Such a kind gesture and a reminder of why I love this city. I would recommend this service to anyone living in Austin. Definitely give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Three friends and I used Capital City Limousine during ACL, and I am so happy that we did! Despite the heavy traffic that weekend, CCL was reliable and on time. The vehicles were pristine and comfortable, and the drivers were friendly and accommodating. We made several last minute changes concerning pickup/drop off times and locations, but there were no complaints, and more importantly, no delays. I will definitely be using their services again. I just used Capital City Limousine for car service during Austin City Limits Music Festival weekend.Their service is by far the best service that I've had compared to any other limo or taxi service that I have used in the past. We made several last minute logistics changes that were a little inconvenient. Not once was there a complaint or an attitude. The drivers and staff are polite, the cars are clean and comfortable.The complete took car of the stress associated with parking, traffic, huge crowds, etc. My wife and I, and our friends were able to focus on having fun rather than stress about getting there and getting home.Thanks again! When you're fighting the crowds, trying not to get Ebola from other festival-goers, and drinking Redd Apple Ciders all day, the last thing you want to deal with is traffic. Enter: Capital City Limousine. We used them for all three days (to the festival and back) of ACL weekend one, and we have zero regrets about it!We had many different drivers, and every one of them was polite, friendly, and laid back. More importantly, they were all punctual and accommodating of our last-minute location changes and times. The cars themselves were comfortable and clean, and the offer of water bottles when you first get in was a nice touch.
