We contacted Cape Cod Cleaning Collaborative for a cleaning service at our parent's home in North Eastham. I received a call back from Melissa (one of the partners) the following day. She answered all my questions without feeling pressure to hire them. Melissa came out to the house the following week to look over the house and I received an estimate that afternoon. I spoke with Jessica (the other partner) since I had a few questions and she answered me promptly.We hired them in the beginning of August and couldn't be happier with their service. My dad is 90 and my mom has Alzheimer's. We were a bit concerned about their reaction to strangers in the house. We are SO HAPPY we made that initial call. Their staff is extremely thorough, respectful and kind. They send an email two days prior to the appointment with arrival time and they ARRIVE ON TIME! We had an emergency situation this morning with our Eastham rental and I found myself in complete panic mode from my house in New Jersey. I called several cleaning services on the Cape and thankfully reached Jessica. She was very responsive and able to squeeze in the change over that desperately needed to happen before the next group of renters arrived this afternoon. She was in constant contact throughout the day, and much to my surprise her crew showed up earlier than I had anticipated. They did a fabulous job and a major crisis was averted! This is our first season renting to guests and we were recommended to CCCC by many friends. It was the best advice our friends could give us.
Jess and Mel have raised the standard on the Cape. Their responsiveness, attention to detail and emphasis on customer satisfaction is refreshing. Our home is always sparkling and showcase ready thanks to them.

After 20 years of dreaming about owning a house on the cape, we made that dream a reality this year. We knew we would need the help of renters to keep the dream afloat.
We hired Jess and her team to clean our home before the season and for changeovers between rentals. Wow! Fabulous team and amazing work. In our first season we already have two 5 star reviews from our renters and one renter exclaimed that the house was "CLEAN!"

I have been through several cleaners/services. They wouldn't show up, or they would change the date and time at the last minute and more importantly, they did a poor job.
I even had one company clean a neighbors house instead of mine.
CCCC. Melissa is great. She communicates well. She does what she says she is going to do, and they clean really well. I even get reminders when they are coming. They always lock the door and they clean Really Well.

We will bring our own tools, including Miele vacuums, and nontoxic cleaning supplies.
Residential Cleaning Service
Our billable rate is $75 per person hour, with a 3 hour minimum for service.
Vacation Rental Cleaning Service
Vacation rental changeovers are completed at a flat-base rate. There is no cost to get a quote for service.
Household Linens & Tenant Amenities
Available service upgrades for vacation rental clients.
