Deeply committed to social justice, Jaime has 25-plus years of experience helping people of all ages and backgrounds become the best version of themselves they can envision while living, powerful, joyful, whole-hearted lives they love!

She is a motivational public speaker and has worked with individuals and teams to remove the barriers to meeting audacious goals while having balance and freedom from the past, trauma, doubts, or simple patterns of behavior and thought that limit us.

Jaime has a distinguished career in education starting at teacher, serving as a principal and becoming a district leader who coaches and supports school leaders across the city. It was in this work that Jaime began to see the need for a more individual approach to coaching, particularly for women leaders. She started her own practice in 2011 and has worked with countless schools and individuals as a teacher, life coach, and wise guide through the challenges life presents us all.

She has doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Columbia University, Teachers College, and earned her post-doctoral District Leader Certification from Banks Street Teachers College. She has trained school leaders, and teachers in areas of content, strategy, culturally responsive and relevant practices, and engaging, impactful instruction.

She is a true life coach and is accepting new clients now.
